Anna Capobianco-Skipworth

Of all of the valuable lessons I have learned as a survivor, the first and most important is that you do not become a survivor on your own. Besides the obvious medical team, my husband Dave and my daughter Melissa are the ones who helped me be the person I am today. Thanks to them, I feel absolutely wonderful with my new body.  Despite having had two mastectomies within 13 months followed by a total hysterectomy, I have never felt more feminine in all my life. 

Melissa reminds me every day how important life itself really is. She is my inspiration. I am blessed!
