$250,000 for the Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Foundation
The Foundation is proud to announce that they will make a $250,000 donation to the Quebec Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Foundation. This investment will allow the Kelly Shires Foundation to process many more financial requests from women for whom the reality of their breast cancer and its treatments have taken a negative toll on their daily lives.
For many women, breast cancer brings a significant repercussion to their work force, with an important loss of income. Well aware of this reality, the Foundation decided to create this partnership so as to allow the Kelly Shires Foundation to continue their activity year round. Women eligible could receive funds to help pay for transportation, lodging, medication, rent or mortgage, or any expense related to treatments and the many visits to medical centers.

This donation will be made in honour of Micheline Cloutier Coffin, Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation Chairman from 2000 to 2003.
