Hélène Chartrand
When my doctor told me I had breast cancer, I was floored.
Without my family and friends, I can’t even imagine how I could have lived through the months following my diagnosis. To Mario, Danielle, Céline, Roland, Lynn, Lise…thank you for having supported me during this fight. I discovered how generous the people around me really are. Isn’t that life’s greatest gift?
“After accompanying Hélène during the most trying times, I don’t see illness in the same way. The word “cancer” is the one I feared and still fear the most. But thanks to my heroine, I know it can be conquered…” Lise Elkas
My name is Hélène Chartrand and I am a breast cancer survivor.
