The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation created the Harmonie Program in 2004.  Its goal is to promote prevention of breast cancer as well as to emphasize awareness of a healthy lifestyle.

Breast cancer generally develops over the years without any symptoms. Preventing breast cancer is all about regular follow-ups to detect any breast abnormality as early as possible. Detected early, cancer is usually easier to treat and has a lower risk of after-effects. People can have breast cancer at any time in their life, whether there is medical history of cancer in their family or not.

Let’s take action! Let’s prevent the disease by adopting healthy and preventative way of life by supporting early detection!
