J'ai vaincu mon Everest 2010
$30,000 raised by J'ai vaincu mon Everest
On September 18 and 19, 2010, more than $30,000 were raised through the J'ai vaincu mon Everest event. A few hundred participants gathered to climb Beaupré's famed mountain as many times as possible in a 24-hour period, while receiving sponsorships for their efforts. In order to reach the symbolic goal of conquering Everest, climbers had to scale the mountain ten times!
The closing ceremonie was held under sunny skies and hosted for the fourth year in a row by Joanne Boivin (RockDétente 105.7 FM). The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation wishes to thank everyone involved with this event, including participants, partners, and especially the Mont-Sainte-Anne team!
