Josée Tourigny

Before I had breast cancer, I was convinced it only happened to other people and that breast observation wasn’t meant for me. I thought I was invincible. Yet, in March 2007, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

When the unexpected hits us head on, it opens up beautiful opportunities. We get closer to others; there’s love to be given and received. I am living proof that anything is possible and that life can be beautiful, even when faced with such an ordeal.

My name is Josée Tourigny and I am a breast cancer survivor.
