In the book Pétales de vie, Anick Lapratte and Sylvie Ouellet highlight twelve strategies for maintaining a healthy state of mind in the face of any hardship. The strategies – which anyone can use – help sustain morale, courage, hope, a positive outlook, energy and the will to live. Whether used together or alone, intuitively or consciously, the twelve strategies give readers the tools they need to face and overcome their challenges.
To demonstrate their points, the authors profile 12 extraordinarily brave women who used the strategies in their fight against breast cancer. Plus, a number of well-known individuals talked to the authors about how they use these strategies in their personal and professional lives.

The book is available from most bookstores. For each copy sold, $1.25 will be generously donated to the Foundation by Les Éditions le Dauphin Blanc. $6,210 were donated to the Foundation.
