The final Lynda Turner Memorial Golf Tournament was held on Monday, June 1, 2009, at the Hillsdale Golf & Country Club in Mirabel. The tournament has lasted throughout the past 15 years thanks to the devotion and generosity of the Turner family and their loved ones.

During its last edition, the golf tournament attracted 250 players and collected over $50,000 for the Foundation. Over the 15 years, this event has raised over $1.6 million and its proceedings were shared between the Foundation and the MUHC Lynda Turner Memorial Fund. What great success!

The Foundation wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to the Turner Family and their friends, and to the organizing committee for their incredible involvement in the cause. As per the desire of the Turner Family, the golf tournament has allowed to co finance great research projects that give us hope for a future without breast cancer.
